The spotlight was on the “Bombshell” star as she was honored at the 49th AFI Life Achievement Award Gala at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Saturday, April 27.

On the red carpet, Kidman, 56, dazzled in a custom Balenciaga Fall 24 gown adorned with gold sequins, while her husband looked sharp in a black suit with silk lapels, complemented by a white shirt, black tie, and boots. Their daughters, Sunday, 15, and Faith, 13, joined the family affair, with Sunday in a floral strapless gown and Faith stunning in a coral dress.

In her heartfelt acceptance speech, the actress, 56, showered praise on Urban, her two daughters, and her entire family, acknowledging the “enormous amount of luck” in her life while emphasizing the paramount importance of love.

“There’s big, big love,” she expressed, “and then right there is the love of my life, and the loves of my life. My daughters have never joined me publicly on a red carpet before, so tonight was their premiere appearance. Here they are, Sunday and Faith.”

During her acceptance speech, Kidman, 56, expressed her gratitude while acknowledging those who couldn’t be present, particularly her mother. Continuing, she mentioned her extended family, including nieces, nephews, her sister, and her aunt and her husband, whom she considers family. Kidman attributed her success and the honor she received to their support and love.
